the million year post...

i know, i know. i've heard lots of gripping (or is it griping?) lately that i haven't posted in a million years. i suppose i'll excuse the complaining because... it's totally true! and here's the list of excuses that i've prepared. *ah hem!* first... just kidding! i really won't go into those but i will give you a quick update on our lives now and i'll work to get more pictures on here sometime because a blog without pictures...
me and shawn have moved to minot, north dakota, courtesy of the air force, and get to be here for the next two and a half years. it's not the most scenic place in the world but the people here are extremely wonderful! we found a house to rent but can't move in until the middle of may so we're living the hotel life, not knowing where we'll be the next day and hating it! i can't wait to get into a real house and get our stuff here. by the time we move in it will have been about two months since we left our house. that's way too long!
